We're sorry to see you go. Here's how you can delete your Be Offline account.

Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will:

  • Permanently delete all your personal information
  • Remove access to all your event bookings and history
  • Cancel any upcoming event bookings (subject to refund policy)
  • Delete your profile, photos, and preferences
  • Remove you from all event communities and groups

How to Delete Your Account

Download the Be Offline App

Account deletion is only available through our mobile app. If you don't have it installed yet, download it from your app store.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the Be Offline app on your mobile device
  2. Log in to your account if you're not already logged in
  3. Navigate to your Profile section (usually in the bottom navigation)
  4. Scroll down to find the Account Settings or Settings section
  5. Look for the "Delete Account" button
  6. Tap on "Delete Account"
  7. Read the warning message carefully
  8. Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts
  9. Your account will be permanently deleted within 24-48 hours

Before You Delete

Before permanently deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

  • Take a break: You can simply log out and return anytime
  • Adjust privacy settings: Modify your account privacy and notification settings
  • Contact support: Reach out to us if you're having issues we can help resolve

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account:

  • Your personal information is permanently removed from our servers
  • We may retain some anonymous usage data for legal compliance and improvement purposes
  • Financial transaction records may be retained as required by law
  • Any content you've shared publicly may remain visible to others (reviews, comments)

Changed Your Mind?

If you delete your account and later want to rejoin Be Offline, you'll need to create a completely new account. All your previous data, bookings, and connections will be lost and cannot be recovered.
